Erica Phillips is the 2023-2024 Disney Elementary Teacher of the Year!

"Although new to Tulsa Public Schools, Erica came in willing and ready to do the work to help her students grow both behaviorally and academically. She arrives early and stays late each day to make sure that her lessons are ready, and she makes the necessary changes needed to accommodate all of her students so that the learning environment is easy to navigate. She goes above and beyond for her teammates, and she is a true team player. There is no one more deserving of this award!"
